Heritage High School was named an Advanced Placement (AP) Honor School by the State of Georgia in three categories:  Humanities, STEM, and STEM Achievement.  AP courses are college level courses that students take from AP certified teachers in high school.  Students may take an AP exam at the end of the course to try to earn college credit for the class.  Colleges typically award credit for AP scores in the 3-5 range (on a scale from 1-5).  This is the 8th time that HHS has been named an AP Honor School.

Academic Letter applications are now available (school website, main office and school counseling office).  Applications are due Friday, April 20th to the counseling office.  Visit the school website for details.

Prom ticket prices have increase to $65.  Students must have date approved if they do not attend HHS.  Tickets are on sale this week.  Seniors receive one free (non-transferrable) ticket.

ATTENDANCE is so important!  With only 28 school days before final exams and End of Course Tests/AP Exams coming up in a couple of weeks, it is incredibly important for students to be at school every day!

Students with lunch charges or parking tickets need to pay those as soon as possible!
