Sealed bids will be received for construction of a Baseball, Softball Hitting Facility for Heritage High School.  Bids will be received on or before October 22nd at 4:30 p.m. at the following address:
307 Cleveland Street, Ringgold, Georgia 30736.  Please address all bids to Doug Suits, Director of Facilities and Operations.

The official bid opening will be held in the Board Room of the Catoosa County Board of Education on October 22nd, 2012, at 4:45 p.m.

The Catoosa County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive all formalities and to do what is in the best interest of the Catoosa County Board of Education.

In order qualify for the bid, a mandatory pre-bid conference with facilities manager Scott Carter will be held October 3, 2012 at 1:00 p.m.  This mandatory pre-bid Conference will be held
on the campus of Heritage High School in the Media Center
