At the May board meeting, Ms. Hamilton proudly introduced the Heritage High School Boys Quartet, who were recently named Georgia State Champions. The talented group—Cadin Minjarez, Kamden Watson, Keller Watson, and Maddox Weaver—earned top honors at both the regional and state levels for their outstanding vocal performance.
As part of their introduction, the quartet captivated the audience with an impressive a cappella rendition of "Goodbye My Coney Island Baby," showcasing the skill and harmony that earned them the prestigious title.
The quartet placed 1st at the regional level and went on to tie for 1st place at the state competition, where they received medals and official recognition as State Champions.
The board applauded the group for their musical excellence and the dedication that brought this significant achievement to Heritage High School.
