All new CCPS students must complete online registration and schedule an enrollment appointment. (Current CCPS Pre-K students enrolling for Kindergarten do not have to complete online registration again.)

The Following Documents are required for enrollment:
1. Birth Certificate (or other proof of birth date)
2. Social Security Card (or request waiver)
3. Valid and current: Georgia 3231 Immunization Certificate AND Georgia 3300 Hearing, Vision, and Dental Screening Form
4. 2 Current Proofs of Residency

5. Photo I D of parent or legal guardian
6. Proof of Legal Custody or Guardianship (if applicable)
Safety is our top priority. When visiting the CCPS Enrollment Center, please follow these guidelines:

Wear a mask covering your mouth and nose.

Limit the number of parents or guardians to one per student.

Keep a safe distance of 6 feet when possible.
Students must be Five years of age
