for CCPS Families

What is Infinite Campus Parent Portal?

Infinite Campus Parent Portal is a secure, online platform that CCPS utilizes to allow parents and guardians 24/7 access to monitor their child’s education. Accessible through a desktop or mobile app, Parent Portal allows for families to:
  • View student grades
  • Review attendance and absences
  • See assignments due and upcoming exams
  • Receive notification of School/District announcements
  • View your student’s schedule
  • Pay school fees
  • View current Cafeteria balance

Who needs IC Parent Portal?

All CCPS families! From registration to graduation, Parent Portal allows CCPS families to monitor attendance, student schedules, grades, and fees.
 

How to Get Connected?

Parent Portal provides families with the option to use a website portal or a mobile app to stay informed or they can use both! Everything you see on your computer is available in the app.

Are You a New User and Need to Create Your Account?

If you are a new user and have never logged in to Parent Portal, you will need to email icportalsupport@catoosa.k12.ga.us to request a onetime activation key to create your account. Please include the parent/guardian's legal name and the student's legal name in the email.

Enter your Activation Key and continue with account creation. You will need a unique username and password.
 

How Do I Login from the Mobile App?

  1. Download the Infinite Campus Campus Parent App from the App Store or Google Play
  2. Enter "Catoosa" for District Name and select "Georgia" for State
  3. Click "Search District"
  4. Enter your Username and Password*
  5. If you are using a private device, such as a personal cell phone, mark STAY LOGGED IN to receive mobile push notifications.
  6. Click Log In.

How Do I Login from My Computer?

  1. From your web browser visit https://campus.catoosa.k12.ga.us/campus/portal/catoosa.jsp
  2. Select Campus Parent
  3. Enter your Username and Password*
  4. Click Log In
*If you cannot remember your Username and/or Password, please email icportalsupport@catoosa.k12.ga.us

What if I am Experiencing Login Issues or Forgot My Username or Password?

Current users that are experiencing login issues may also email icportalsupport@catoosa.k12.ga.us to request assistance with logging in. Please include the parent/guardian's legal name and the student's legal name in the email.
 

How Do I Get Notifications?

Notifications are available through the Parent Portal mobile app for attendance, grades or assignment scores. To get notifications:
  1. Before logging in, mark STAY LOGGED IN to receive notification.
  2. After logging in, click the USER MENU in the top right and then click SETTINGS and NOTIFICATION SETTINGS.
  3. From there, indicate which types of notifications you’d like to receive and set the threshold for notifications. For example, indicate if you only want to receive Assignment notifications if the score is below 70%.
  4. Click SAVE.

Are There Other Languages Available?

Parents may choose their preferred language to view Campus Parent portal. Currently, 4 languages are available: English, Spanish, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese. To change the language:
  1. Select USER MENU
  2. Select LANGUAGE under PROFILE OPTIONS
  3. Select the preferred language from the dropdown menu
