Student Enrollment

Online registration may be completed at home or at the Student Enrollment Center if computer access is not available to you. To complete online registration please click here or visit https://campus.catoosa.k12.ga.us/campus/OLRLogin/catoosa  

If you do not have access to a computer, you may visit the Student Enrollment Center and use the devices provided (bring all required documents with you).

Please fully read the information below and have the following documents ready before you click to register:

Residency Verification and Guardian Identification

1. Local CCPS Residency Standard: Requires two (2) current utility bills or qualifying proof of residence in the enrolling parent/guardian's name, dated within 30 days of registration. Proof of residence must be in the enrolling parent/guardian’s name.

Residency Affidavit: Families residing in a dwelling owned or leased by someone else must complete a notarized Residency Affidavit signed by both the property owner and parent, accompanied by two utility bills in the property owner's name.

 (English Residency Affidavit) (Spanish Residency Affidavit). 

The property owner must complete and initial, and both the owner and the guardian must sign the form in front of a notary.

2. Parent/Guardian Photo ID: A current Georgia driver's license or government photo ID of the enrolling parent or legal guardian (selfies are not accepted).
3. Proof of Legal Custody
    a.Court Custody: Formal court documents showing plaintiff/defendant names,
        custody agreements or parenting plans, signed by a judge.
    b.Kinship Caregivers: Notarized Kinship Caregiver Affidavit executed under state
        law authorizing non-parent relatives or fictive kin to give legal consent for
        educational and medical services.
    c.Joint Custody: Notarized Joint Custody Affidavit executed by both parents.
    d.Power of Attorney: Notarized Power of Attorney executed under the Supporting
        and Strengthening Families Act and filed with the court

Student Identification and State Health Forms

1.Birth certificate for the student(s)
2. Social Security Card / Statutory Waiver: A copy of the student's Social Security card is required for official identification and post-secondary funding applications (such as the HOPE Scholarship). Enrolling parents who decline to provide a Social Security number must submit a signed, notarized Social Security Waiver form. 3. Georgia Immunization Certificate (GA Form 3231): Mandatory for all enrolled students
Or Religious Exemption: A notarized DPH Form 2208 (English Form 2208) (Spanish Form 2208)
Or Medical Exemption: A doctor-signed medical exemption certificate, which must be updated annually.

One of these documents is required to complete the enrollment process.

4. Certificate of Screening (GA Form 3300): Certificate covering vision, hearing, dental, and nutritional examinations for Pre-School, Pre-K, Kindergarten, and any student entering a Georgia public school for the first time. Screenings must have occurred within one year prior to admission, and the completed form may be submitted within 30 days after the student's first day of attendance.  Please be sure the screener signs, dates,and stamps all four sections of the form.

Academic & Disciplinary History (Transfer Students)

1.Educational & Critical Records: Previous report cards, academic transcripts, attendance, discipline records, and existing IEP or Section 504 plans.

2. Disciplinary Disclosure (Grades 4 and Higher): Parents seeking permanent enrollment for students in grades 4–12 must execute a disclosure declaring whether the student has ever been adjudicated delinquent for a felony act, served suspensions or expulsions, or received notices of disciplinary/criminal action.

Active Duty Military Transfers: Active duty military members moving into Georgia under official transfer orders may enroll their children prior to physically establishing residency within the school attendance zone.

Homeless Student Protections: Under federal law, children experiencing homelessness must be enrolled immediately without requiring proof of residence.

Immigrant & Non-Visa Holder Protections: Schools cannot inquire about immigration status or legal visa status during enrollment.

Please do not take forms to the schools for registration, they must be uploaded during the online registration process. No in-person visit is needed.

We allow for a range of documents to demonstrate age, residency, identity and immunization status; exceptions will be made where appropriate. No document will be required that would cause or result in discrimination based on race, color, national origin or immunization status.

1. What Age Can My Student Start Kindergarten?

     Your child may enroll in Kindergarten if they are 5 years old on or before September 1 of the school year.

2. Do I Need to Complete a Registration Application?

     → YES — Complete Online Registration if: Your child is new to Catoosa County Public Schools.

     You must complete the full online registration application.

      X  NO — You do NOT need to register again if: Your child is currently enrolled in a CCPS Pre-K class, was selected in the 2025–
         2026 Pre-K lottery, and attends one of the following schools:  Battlefield Primary / Boynton Elementary / Cloud Springs
         Elementary/ Ringgold Primary / Tiger Creek Elementary / Woodstation Elementary

If your child is already enrolled and receiving Preschool Special Education services through Catoosa County Schools, a new application is not required.

If you have an Infinite Campus account for another child, you can add your Kindergartner by following these steps:

     1. Click Here to Log in to Your Infinite Campus Parent Portal  
     2. Select More → Online Registration
     3. Click ADD NEW
     4. Enter your Kindergartner’s information

4. Which School Will My Child Attend?

Schools are assigned based on your home address. To find your zoned school, click here to visit the Transportation Department website and check your address.

5. How Will I Know My Registration Is Complete?

Once your application is reviewed, you will receive an email from the Enrollment Center.

•      Approved: You will receive a confirmation email
•     Incomplete: The email will explain what documents or information are missing
