New Hire Information

This information serves as a guide to assist you with completing new hire paperwork and processing after receiving an offer of employment.

Information regarding the school calendar, employee benefits, new hire forms and important system wide announcement are available on the CCPS website. 
Complete New Hire Forms

Required documentation will be emailed to your personal email address from Human Resources.  Please complete all required information.

  • Staff Information Sheet
  • W-4
  • G-4
  • I-9
  • Consent Form
  • Criminal Conduct 
  • Direct Deposit Form with voided check or Direct Deposit Form provided by your bank
Schedule Fingerprinting/New Hire Appointment
Please schedule your fingerprinting/new hire appointment using the calendar below.

1. You must schedule an appointment for fingerprinting.  We are unable to accept walk-ins. 
2. The cost of a background check is $51.50.  You can pay via check, money order, EXACT cash, credit or debit card.
* Checks should be made payable to the Catoosa County Board of Education. 
**For credit or debit card payment, please visit   
3. A government-issued Driver's License or State ID with a scannable barcode on the back of the card is required at the time of the appointment.
