Registration for Fingerprinting
- Access the GAPS website at https://www.aps.gemalto.com/ga/index.htm
- Click on "Applicant Registration"
- Choose "Education Agencies"(the one with the red apple icon)
- Choose "Public Schools"
- Please read the "Non-Criminal Justice Applicant's Privacy Rights" and "Privacy Act Statement", check the box beside "I have read and accepted these terms" then click "Continue"

- 'Agency"-Choose from the drop down list "Catoosa Co Board of Education"
- "Reason"-Choose from the drop down list "School Employment-Public Schools"
- "Payment"- "Credit Card" should be the option selected
- "Fingerprint Card User"--DO NOT CHECK THIS BOX. Our fingerprints are taken electronically only.
- "Personal and Address Information"-Complete the required information that has an asterisk *.
- Verify your information. If correct, click "Submit". If not, please go back and make your corrections.
- "Credit Card Payment"-Please complete all highlighted areas. Click "Pay".
- "Registration Complete" page, please print or email the receipt (to yourself) OR make a picture of that page with your cell phone's camera. You will need this confirmation to be fingerprinted.
- Schedule an appointment with Human Resources:

Days and Hours available to schedule fingerprinting:
Monday - Thursday 9:30 - 11:30 and 1:30-3:30
Appointments are available in 30 minute increments
Please make sure that you have your fingerprint registration confirmation, appointment time and date and your driver's license. We are unable to accept walk in's.
