CCPS Leadership Development
Catoosa County Public School’s Leadership Development program began in 2011 with the
Aspiring Leader Academy. There are 19 graduates of the Aspiring Leader Academy who currently serve as administrators in CCPS. The program has evolved to include the following:
Aspiring Leader Academy – This program is designed to train CCPS teachers who aspire to be school leaders.
Aspiring Principal Academy – This program is designed to train current CCPS assistant principals who aspire to be school principals.
New Assistant Principal Academy – This program is designed to support current new CCPS assistant principals.
New Principal Academy – This program is designed to support current new CCPS principals.
Executive Leadership Academy – This program is designed to develop CCPS school administrators who aspire to work at the district level.
